“Drink From the Well,” the band’s second album,
features original songwriting along with a very special reinterpretation
of Malvina Reynold's song "God Bless The Grass." “We
recorded it as a tribute to her and folk legend Pete Seeger, who
popularized the song in the 1960's” says Iorio.
The album was recorded live in one open studio space with microphones
suspended from the ceiling to get a sound that harkens back to the
days of earlier blues recordings. South Saturn Delta’s keyboardist,
John Tiberi took full advantage of the studio’s vintage Hammond
B3 and baby grand piano, providing perfect balance between Iorio’s
classic blueslady vocals and guitarist Dave Fecca’s gritty
leads.

Guitar / Tama Drums release, since remixed & mastered on this

Collins.
